HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR SAUSAGE?      I love sausages, not all sausages but most sausages. My favourite sausages are generally pork sausages. In particular, I like Lincolnshire sausages, Cumberland sausages, black puddings (or blood sausages), German Bratwürste, Spanish chorizo sausages and French Toulouse sausages. In terms of sausage dishes, I love eating bangers and mash (sausages and mashed potato with gravy), pigs in blankets (sausages wrapped in bacon), fried breakfasts (served with sausages and black pudding) and toad in the hole (sausages cooked in a batter mix). I don’t like sausage rolls or cocktail sausages. Hot dogs are okay but I’m not keen on the Wiener (or Vienna and Frankfurter) sausages that are served in the bread bun – too processed. How do you like your sausages? Have you ever made sausages? When was the last time you played with a sausage? I’ve never understood the word association between sausages and cocks; it’s always passes me by! What are the different types of sausages shown in the ten photographs above and below? How do you like your sausages? The best,, to me is medium spiced Italian sausage sandwich with a lot of cooked peppers and onions. The New Jersey shore is the best place to get it [image] Have you ever made sausages? I am sure we did on the farm as I grew up. I don't recall much of the process though When was the last time you played with a sausage? A rather personal question, isn't it?

How do you like your sausages? Almost any way...but I love putting both sweet and spicy Italian sausage in my spaghetti sauce, browned and sliced thin. Have you ever made sausages? I like my sausages cooked. I have never made sausages... I buy them ready made. If your question is alluding to cock, about 6 weeks ago. The top ones look like pork, parsley and black pepper followed by curried something or other (on the barbeque), Lincolnshire, chorisos in the pastry, kransky, basic pork, blotwurst (blood sausage), followed by 3 that could be any type... You got four correct, which unfortunately wasn't the winning score! There's a sausage expert in blogland.
