My stupidity for the day!

OK so I washed some clothes this morning. I checked the front pocket of my jeans but not the back pocket.
I washed away a $45 straightalk phone card that I just purchased last night.
On a positive note, I sold some Coca Cola Memorabilia off of CL for $15 today. So I'm still $30 in the hole, or down the drain literally! LOL oh well life isn't perfect and neither am I!
I have been downsizing my house and my life. It feels good to de-clutter and decompress life.
Hope all my blogger friends are doing well. I'm not online much and don't blog nearly as much as I used to. Take care, {=}

This is the definition I prefer.
Inspiration: to produce or arouse (a feeling, thought, etc.):
Inspiration comes in different forms for me. Sunshine and warm weather, seeing pounds lost on a scale, or realizing my jeans are now loose are big motivators. When someone you haven’t seen in a while tells you that you look good, like you lost weight, it is the best form of inspiration. Inspiration is also great from a friend who acts as your cheerleader when you are trying to eat healthy.
I have been very inspired lately to eat healthy and get some exercise. I cut Coke, cookies, cake, and donuts out of my diet. I’m trying to cut any added sugar out completely. I have been drinking fruit smoothies for breakfast. Fruit is considered a metabolism starter.
I have added vegetables to my daily meal plan also. I try to eat lettuce or salad with my lunch and dinner meals. When I cook a protein I always have at least one vegetable on the side. I have also tried to cut out starchy vegetables and starches such as rice. Variety is the spice of life and I have tried very hard to vary my foods.
The results of my Inspiration and my lifestyle change shows every day. Today I had a big surprise when I stepped on the scale. I have now lost a total of 12 pounds in the 2 months I have been “Inspired”
A couple weeks ago when I was walking, I noticed I had to keep pulling my jeans up. That was a great motivator to keep going. My jeans are now baggy. I need to take them in a bit in the waist!
I have had 2 slight drawbacks in my new lifestyle. First of all my knee started hurting me. I haven’t seen my doctor yet, as her appointments are booked more than a month in advance. Secondly, the weather has really sucked. It has been very cloudy, rainy, dreary, and cold. I have noticed that I am definitely a fair weather walker! I need sunshine and warm temperatures to be outside. I did walk today with a knee brace on. I hope that I can keep walking and get exercise.
Inspiration produces positive feelings and thoughts. Inspiration produces creativity. Inspiration is wonderful.
