How often having sex is enough

I am a single expat in Penang. Quite active sexually. Recently, I have started pondering, how much of sex is enough for a healthy life? I know some nerds will do say they can have it every day & night blah blah.. but good sex partners know what is the limit. So please all those good sex partners, lets discuss your own personal limits for having sex weekly or monthly. As for me, 2 days a week (not counting the number of times within 1 day u hv sex) is all I allow myself to give in for sex. More than that I opt for a rain check. More than 2 days a week (2 times per session, making it 4 times a week), I notice, slumberness hits the body during days, and it starts costing on work. What do you all think?
