it is always a better day after a good night's sleep.. Always a good thing to try to be able to quell some of the mental things a bit early if possible.. Makes for aa better night with the bed and pillow,,,enjoy and stay warm

Writing "it: down, regardless of what "it" is can be quite helpful.

When I have trouble falling asleep (which is thankfully rare), jerking off frequently helps. And if not, well...it's still not a bad way to spend some time.

I am glad to hear you are able to get some sleep. I really need to do some journaling. I am experiencing writer's block.

I struggle sleeping sometimes. I agree with you about journalling and just some things out of your head and onto a piece of paper can often help. Reading something educational often helps as well.

Masturbation is 50/50, but as another posted commented it's not the end of the world if that doesn't work out!

As I get older, I find I sleep a lot less, lucky if I get 6 hours

I recall Sex helping my zing of to sleep land. But that's off the books now.

As a former nature photographer hobbists, I think of a snowy landscape with me hidden in my ground blind, capturing the changes in shadows as the day's light changes. Looking got some wifdlife activilty to add interest to the pictures. That does it for me.

And 3 hits of Dewars helps it get snowy quicker.

Have to agree, self satisfaction in the absence of sex puts me to sleep the best.

Sleep is very important! I never counted Sheep, but if the Tv stays on that works for me.
