Take it with a grain of salt or take it with a pinch of salt
I have always been familiar and even used the phrase "take it with a grain of salt" as an expression of skepticism. I recently heard a podcast host use the phrase "take it with a pinch of salt" several times. Till then I had not heard that phrase though I immediately knew it was basically the same meaning. I heard it on a UK Doctor Who podcast.
I am now wondering which gets used more and is the use regional. So how about a poll to see what AFF members use. I am separating the answers by continent except Canada and the U.S. Though we are close I suspect phrasing might be different. Also didn't add Antarctica. Guessing the penguins don't care or use either phrase.

I tend to change expressions for my own use. With this one, I usually add quantity, "Take it with a hand full of salt."
That would be expressing some major skepticism
