Apparently It’s When Nipples Come to Workout

Due to a variety of reasons my usual workout schedule has been a mess the past few weeks. But I’ve managed to get most all of my rotations in by being flexible about when I do them. Very late Friday afternoon, after I’d completed the big goal for the day at last, I mustered up the energy and headed to the gym. I expected that it would be kind of deserted, and it was.

Friday had been unseasonably warm for March but evidently not enough to force the air conditioning at they gym to come on. In fact, it was borderline stuffy in there. But I soldiered on.

When I got to the free weights and mat stretching area I noticed a series of unaccompanied ladies I’d never seen before. Some looked to be in their 20s, some were maybe in their 30s or 40s. But what they had in common was – nipples poking through they tops that could put your eye out! 😮 This despite the fact that it was far from cold in the area. Four photo illustrations are in the first comment but frankly they don’t do the actual view I had justice. I don’t know what the equivalent is for you ladies, but one possible idea is in the last illustration in the first comment.

I’m thinking I need to start working out at this time more often! Can you imagine the sights when the air conditioning is running?
