It's been quite a while since I was so sick that I had to order groceries. Knock on wood! Hope you're feeling better now.
I managed to go to work yesterday, but woke up to a coughing fit this morning. No bueno, yo.
A lovely use of J. π Hope tbe bug doesn't keep you down. Happy HNW.
It kept me at home for about a week but I'm getting better
@JN63JPN glad to hear it my friend
Lovely pic of you

I do order groceries online but they don't deliver to the boonies. One of will drive to town and pick up the order. I rarely go in the store anymore.
Hugs!!
My sister does that when she plans to go somewhere near a Sam's Club
Get well soon and HNW!!
As for online grocery shopping, I definitely do. I put my order in the day before and have it delivered between 7 and 11 am because that window for delivery is cheapest which is less than 4 dollars. The time I save is the actual time to shop through the isles and have to pay and load in my vehicle and take home. That is a good two to three hours I save. For me, it is convenient. Unless I have to pick a certain type of fruit or vegetable that I want to see first, most things I can order online from the local grocery store. It helps to be retired. If I am on the road, I can easily just stop by on my way home.
Here, they charge a delivery fee if you buy less than a certain amount (usually a hundred bucks), but the fees aren't that expensive
@JN63JPN For now, my grocer has different prices during different intervals during the day. The other charge is a tip fee which is 12 dollars. You can give more if you want. If you order any alcohol, you just have to provide ID upon delivery. They notify me when they are sorting my list and if any items are out of stock, they will message me if I want to replace it with a different brand of skip it.
@CallMeMrWrong69
Tipping isn't a thing here, fortunately
I hope you get 100% better very soon.
I don't do internet shopping. Happy HNW!
Internet shopping is convenient if you don't have the energy to go to the store
"I" sure do enjoy seeing half nekkie picture of "J"N!
Most of the on-line purchasing I do is things I cannot find locally.
Hope your recovery continues. Happpy HNW.
For the most part, I go to a nearby supermarket, unless I'm sick and have no energy
Sounds good i love it good luck for rest of bloggers tomorrow

When I broke my ankle last September, rehab suggested I use a grocery delivery service. Although there is a small fee, the variety and convenience was worth it. Hope youβre feeling better soon!
They charge a delivery fee if you buy less than a certain amount, but the fees aren't too expensive to begin with. Much cheaper than using some other delivery service
