Well, I used to be 120kg+too until I went for gastric sleeve surgery in Dec 2018... and I'm thankful with a smaller tummy... I started to lose weight till now about 84kg... and able to walk a bit more with ease though my weak heart function at less than 35% after my freak work accident in June 2012 is still the main issue for me needing wheelchair when I go out these days
I like what the post describe... True, being morbidly obese is not healthy at all.
What you’re looking at is a 3D rendering of a 700+ lb (317 kg) man, and a skeleton being pushed to its limit. Bones are built to carry a load, but at this weight, the strain on joints, the spine, and the cardiovascular system is extreme.
For patients this means: chronic pain, joint degeneration, reduced mobility, and elevated risk for heart disease, respiratory failure, and diabetes.
For providers: the physical demands of lifting, repositioning, or transporting bariatric patients can result in serious injuries without proper equipment and support.
This is a medical crisis, not just a number on a scale. You agree?

Obesity is a big problem unfortunately.
