Great i love â¤ï¸ðŸ˜—
Thank you.
I didn't know you had a Vizsla - they are such cool dogs! And I'd like to hear more about your new way of eating sometime...
Pepper is the best dog. She was great with the kids; still is. But she is bonded to me most. I didn't think a dog could get any more velcro than she already was, but during the pandemic, it was truly stunning how much more she stuck to us being home all day.
Sure thing about the eating. Down 28 lbs since beginning of July. I never thought I'd eat this way, but it's really a fit with me I think. It's easy, and there are no cravings, which is a huge part of why I usually fail. I also have been able to fit it in with my work schedule. That has always been a challenge. I can DM you if you'd like, or email here. Let me know.
@MyNameIsKay sounds interesting! Sure, if you want to message me that would be great!
Congratulations on your impending retirement and for being in such a good place at this point in your life.
Thanks, Cleavage. I'm looking forward to less stress. We'll see if I have trouble with that. Lol.
Retirement? I do not want to retire. I have no idea what I would do all day.
I have all kinds of things I want to do. That will not be the issue. Plus, if I feel that I need a routine or something to fill my time, I'd rather volunteer. They are usually happy you are there, and you don't necessarily get caught up in the watercooler drama.
@MyNameIsKay I volunteer now. I think I would miss my office the most. But also seeing students almost daily keeps you going.
@Notaname99 I work in education as well, but more behind the scenes. I can understand your not wanting to lose the motivation that students can inspire.
A great list.
Thanks, Spunky.
Retirement! You'll love it!
and NC is closer to your daughter at college than CA
Very true on both counts. We're aiming for summer 2027 to sell the house and go.
