Of course it is, if you use a condom. But can you do the deed safely without tipping over into the water? That's a challenge unless you've figured it out. I've experimented, done the research and found what works best.

As someone who has spent a lot of time in canoes, I can tell you that it's the only position that is stable and comfortable for both parties and will NOT tip your craft. That sexual coupling strategy is also a winner on rowboats and sailboats. I would definitely not recommend trying anything sexy on a kayak.

As for larger vessels, anything goes. And for anyone who's been on a yacht or cruise ship, you'd know that sex on those ships is as varied and imaginative as it would be on land. Or perhaps even more so with an open deck facing a midnight sky.

There is ONE important caveat to this whole "sex-on-the-water" thing...
