It's four in the morning here, as I comment on your post.
I'm adapting great. 🤗
You keep my kind of hours, LOL.
Hugs!!
It takes me a few days to fully adjust to daylight savings time.
I love Daylight Savings time but I am also something of a nightowl. Late to bed and no rising much before the sun. I admit it takes me a couple of days to get my sleep clock reset and a week or two to get a better handle on time in the evenings. (As in: Is it really that late? by the clock.) I think it would be easier to just go on it all year.
Hugs
Japan only has one time zone - JST.
Personally, I wouldn’t mind DST since sunrise is around 4am in the summer here.
4am sunrise? Wow! That is crazy early.
@PonyGirl1965
Yeah, and the damned birds get up just as dawn is breaking and merrily chirp away outside my window 🙄
Sounds like you both have been very busy. I hate Daylight Savings time too, always have and always will. I wish they would do away with it already.
I hope your Thursday is a thrilling one..
Today was fairly thrilling. A friend stopped in and I love tall, handsome hugs
Wouldn't you be working the same amount of time, regardless of standard or daylight time? The number of daylight hours don't change. When I was working, I lived by the clock and liked the extra daylight to relax and enjoy some free time outside. In any case, I don't think you would stop working, just because it was getting dark; if the job needed to be done.
The daylight hours are increasing which means we get to work longer. It feels even longer when the clock is past 8. It seemed easier when it was only past 7
I'm adaptable, perhaps from all the times spent traveling. The first day or two things sneak up on me, but after that I'm good.
Got REALLY hungry at the gym yesterday evening. Then it occurred to me I'd never eaten lunch! Breakfast out, errands all over town - just plain forgot it. 😀
Hungry for food. I was thinking a hot mom was working out and you were hungry for ... well, you know
Hugs!!
Hello Pony Luv, the week is going, it feels slowly but I know it's the same old pace as before.
I'm a fan of keeping the clocks to standard time. I understand the reasoning back in the day but now? With better lighting and such, it's just not needed anymore. Oh well.
I could adapt to either time if needed. Just please stop moving the bloody clocks.
Hugs!!
Was cold and windy here for this time of year. Saying rain for today, badly needed. I know what you mean by working late. Hugs
Rainy days are supposed to be days off. Unless there are chores in the barn ....
Hugs!!
Our DST has just ended, thankfully. Apparently, The Duck, has announced that he is going to end it in your country, saying that it is just too disruptive for many people. 👍 👌 💋
I hope he does stop the silly clock changes People can be productive even without changing the clocks
Hugs!
@PonyGirl1965 What annoys me about it, is parents have to go out and buy blackout curtains for their young children's bedrooms.
Another thing, is, that one is not allowed to mow their lawns, or, use loud power tools after 6.o'clock pm. What a lode of crapp. The government spruked it as great for tradies to get a couple of extra hours of paid work. The councils say bring it on, we'll fine you if you make noise after 6. o'clock pm. I'm with you 💯 ❤️ 💋
@Strezlecki This is why I like a rural life. Nobody tells me when I can or cannot work.
