The weekend is good. OU Sooner softball women won their games. We have been eating good food.
The blip on the weekend - I ordered 3 bras. The package arrived with 2 bras and a sweatshirt. Whoever or whatever pulled the order had slapped a bra tag on the sweatshirt bag just above the sweatshirt tag. Derp. I contacted their customer service who said no problem, return the shirt as an exchange and they would send the correct bra. But wait, the link they sent required me to pay $11 for shipping. I told them nope. Send a shipping label when they ship the correct item. Non English speaking dude said they don't do that anymore. Trust them to refund the money when they received the item. I told him I would not pay to return an item they sent me by mistake. I paid for 3 bras and they needed to send the missing bra or refund my money. He wanted to argue. I finally told him I would send the issue and conversation to the state Attorney General. They have helped me before.
Then a bit later, I got an email from customer service saying no problem, they would email a return label, no charge attached. Now to see if they send the bra .....
And yes, ordering online is the only way I can find bras. I haven't found a store that carries my size in stock. Big boobs are not easy, hehehe.

This post makes me so glad that I have a physical store that sells my bras!
You are so lucky!! If I lived in the city, maybe there would be one somewhere. In the sticks, I am out of luck.

@PonyGirl1965 The closest place I can actually try on a bra is in KC...2.5 hours away. I have bought them when I was up there on business, but this last time I ordered online bc I ordered what I already had.
@CL_Love Once I find a bra that fits right, I order extras. My back up is in the drawer waiting. Then one day they are all worn out ....
2.5 hours is a long, long way to go bra shopping.
I absolutely hate buying online. Like you I have to buy certain things online, because i can't get what I need in a brick and mortar. But often times even at a brick and mortar there are people working there that don't have a clue or even give a shit...I feel we are doomed....lol
Some stores have atrociously ignorant sales people. A few stores have brilliant sales people. Usually the locally owned places have people that have made it a career to be a fantastic salesperson. I love those places and shop there whenever I can.
I am not a fan of ordering things online but sometimes that is the only way to find what you need or in my case want. I have to buy my swimsuits online and also my thongs as stores usually do not carry men's thongs and if they do they are in boring colores, as are speedo style suits. I suspect that big boobs are not easy on many levels.
I think it will be a great day as the sun is shining and the temps will be "don't need no clothes" range.

I feel your pain my big breasted sister! I usually order from Lane Bryant and have had reasonably good luck.
Glad to hear I am not alone with problems buying things online it seems that a lot of the sizes are incorrect when they arrive.
With modern inventory methods, how do they mess it up so often? Sighs

It's amazing what they will do when anyone mentions the Attorney General or even the Better Business Bureau. I am glad you got it taken care of and I hope they do what they say they will do.

Good for you for winning! I'd have done the same thing. Now, I can't find another pair of my favorite jeans. They are stretchy and super comfy in the waste, and skinny at the bottom. I bought them at Farm N Fleet (I was surprised, too), and now they only carry straight leg or bootleg. I refuse to pay $50-$80 on jeans.
Try e bay. I have had luck there finding things no longer sold in stores.
I also refuse to pay big bucks for britches. The stores are ridiculous.

Good on you 👏 👍 👌. I'm glad I don't have to shop for bras. And, with seeing prices in lingerie shops for a set, I don't understand how women can afford to regularly buy nice stuff !!!

Depending on the value of the of the sweatshirt VS bra, and how well it fit, I would have considered keeping it and ordering the third bra. Was that a possibility?
I don't know how much the sweatshirt costs. I haven't found it on their website yet. It will fit as it looks quite large. I don't need it though. They charge for shipping, so to order another bra, I have to pay shipping again. If it had been something pretty, I might have called it fair and just been quiet, hehehe.
I avoid buying on line when every can.. even in the day of the big catalog retailers like , Sears, Jc Penny, Montgomery Wards and others.
In my younger years, I didn't mind browsing the stores. Now I do most of my shopping online. I can research makers and details. And I'm lazy, LOL.

38H It is easiest online. And there is no LB local. I think there might still be on in the city? An hour away, LOL.

It's always good to know where to lodge complaints to that are effective in getting the real customer service staff's attention. Hope you get your new bra and the correct one soon.
But, big boobs that are easy, are nice to find.
