Good to be focused on this rights than playing itself..more headache
It’s great that women athletes are getting valued.
Loved reading your take on the Women’s College World Series—the intensity of these games has been unreal!
The NIL situation is definitely complex—I can see the concern about the highest bidder shaping teams, but it’s also exciting to see female athletes finally getting big financial recognition. A million-dollar NIL deal for a Texas Tech pitcher? That’s groundbreaking!
I love that she got a great deal. And it made me sad that the announcers did not mention ANY other female athlete getting anything. No clue ho it all shakes out.
Hugs!!
It is great the ladies sports teams are making money from their games now as it's been way over due.
I hope your enjoying a tantalizing Tuesday..

What NIL is doing to college sports is quite troubling. Players changing teams EVERY year based on the latest highest bid. And OH YEAH, aren't they supposed to be getting educated during all this? Can't see that happening with all the jumping around!
Perhaps the solution it to do away with the illusion that they're not paid pros and lock them into multi-year contracts at one school.
I agree with you. Most will NOT have pro careers. They NEED that college degree. It all makes me sad.
Funny meme!
I don't give a fig about college sports but I sure am lovin' a face-eating velociraptor!
College sport in America is big business.
College sports are a massive business. The betting is insane. The money - for a few - to play is crazy big money. Meanwhile the lowly non athlete can barely afford classes. I've been there and done that, LOL.
Not in favor or anyone in college getting paid. Should be there for an education which is more important....Hugs
I agree. College is ridiculously expensive. Trade school is more reasonable. If a person is willing to actually work for a living.
Hugs!!
