Did you have a good weekend? A marvelous Monday?
I spent the weekend and today, sitting with a big frozen gel pack against my back. I have done it so much I am starting to enjoy having a frozen back, hehehe. The chiropractor worked me over today and I feel so much better.
It is hard for me to go to sleep when I hurt. Some people take various meds, I masturbate.
I use the wand on my back to loosen it up, then use it on my lady bits to get happy.

Sorry to hear your back was giving you problems. Hope it is now working as good as new. All of us handymen and women love multipurpose tools. The wand and its cousins surely fits that slot. I babysat 2 of the littles on Monday - the 6 y.o. and his 10 month old brother. The baby is crawling all over the place, so he either wants to be let loose, and then he gets into everything, or he wants to be held. Back and forth, back and forth. My back is killing me. I'm glad your chiropractor got you feeling better.
I hope your back is starting to feel better. You work so hard, it's not surprising that things would get out of whack sometimes.

We do what works
It really does suck when we have to deal with back issues, I feel on my tailbone as a pre-teen and have had to deal with back issues my whole life since. And then the three spinals for c-sections made things even worse for me. A heating pad works for me the best and I have to spend hours leaning up against it.
I am glad your back is feeling better and you don't have any more issue. I hope you enjoy a terrific Tuesday..

Hello Pony luv, smoochykins? That gave me a chuckle. The weekend was okay. I got some work done in the walk in closet and throne room. The boy called and wished me a happy father's day and I'm sure the girl gave me the finger, wherever she is.
I'm experimenting this week on the take of a strawberry shortcake. I've the cakes baked, I just needed to make the stabilized whipped cream and cut a crap ton of strawberries. Then I will finish the previously mentioned closet and room.
I'm glad to hear your back is feeling better. Take it easy for a bit, yes it is annoying but the chores will still be there when you feel better.
I have a throne room that needs redone. I dread the construction because it is my fab bathroom. I'm that crazy girl.

One does not appreciate a good back till something happens, this year all of a sudden my back started to hurt and I have no idea what I did???
At my age, a big sneeze can trash my back. I plan on picking up more core exercises.

Oh hon I am so sorry!!! I don't like any dental surgery. I bet it does hurt. Please take your meds. If that's not enough, call their office and ask for something better.
