How are you?
I shopped online today. Got very little accomplished. I was hoping to get a new tree. My old one is on its last legs. The lights stopped working some years back. It's shrunk in height but isn't bald yet, so we just string lights on it, cover it with ornaments and decorations and move on. I found a tree that's close to what I want but they are out of stock. Oh well .....
Saturday was football and family Thanksgiving. Son smoked a turkey and a big bologna that they cut into cubes. DIL baked a glazed ham. Oh my word, so much deliciousness.
I arrived with the pies, the toddler saw me, smiled and wanted held. That's my kind of fun! She is my little buddy. Later she zonked out on my shoulder. In between, we danced, watched football and snacked our way into happiness.
On to December!!!

My Sweet, I do not decorate for any season. It is Personal.
However, I so enjoy the efforts of other that do.
And, my bonus is I have such wonderful friends that share their family gatherings with me and the meals.
Then when I return to the solitude of my home, I give thanks.
Peace and order are huge blessings. I love when home is peaceful.

Hello Pony Luv, it has been an expensive weekend. Lots of shopping online and at stores but, no gifts. Just items for the house.
The temps are slowly dropping and there is still snow on the mountain to the West ringing the valley. I love it, hope it snows on the Strip again...
Houses cost so much to update and make them pretty. It's worth it in the end. I hope the sales were good to you
