How are you?
Friday was a beautiful day.
Saturday I watched the youngest grandbaby for about 10 hours. Giggles and snuggles.
Sunday the wind blew so hard it was knocking power lines down, flipping big trucks, destroying signs. It was just awful. Wind gusts were 60 to 66mph. Just crazy stuff.
Monday is going to be super cold. We will have an overnight freeze. My blossomed pear tree, the one covered with pollinators the other day, is probably going to be knocked back by the weather and will not have fruit after all. I am sad. I have another pear tree and 2 peaches that have not fully bloomed, so maybe I can get some fruit from them. We need more spicy pear jam 
Sooooo Mother Nature is having a great time on spring break. I am thinking Girls Gone Wild, drunk and flashing her breasts to everyone around.
Something I never experienced.

We had the cold and winds here in s.w. ontario. Very cold. But those boobies make my wind wander and I'm suddenly feeling warm all-over. (And a bit stiff from the view)

Mother Nature is being schizophrenic here, too. We had high winds (I had a section of my old rotting fence tip over), then heavy snow, then this morning the temps are down around 15 degrees. It's definitely survival of the fittest for plants here. If they are smart they don't poke their heads out until at least mid April.
Good grief!! I am happy that you have survived so far! Mother Nature is getting out of hand.

Sounds like you had some crazy weather over the weekend. I hope it doesn't freeze too badly as your fruit trees sound amazing. I can't say I have ever had a wild anything lol.

I LIVED in Ft. Lauderdale when that was still the go-to spring break location. One year I went down to "the strip" (section of beach front highway) during spring break. My best description is a carnival midway - with cars.
Eventually, the town got tired of it. The drunken fights, scrapping up the remains of balcony jumpers that missed the pool after all, etc., and started cracking down. The hotel owners too realized they could rent those rooms for $150+/night to families instead of 6 college kids crammed into one room. "Spring Break" moved on.
I think there was violence in Daytona today. The wild spring break kids need to be shut down everywhere.

Hello Pony Luv, my weekend was filled with chores and relaxing. I cannot say I have had a vacation that was wild but we did pull in to a country that sure felt like it. Remind me to tell you about the time in Brisbane Australia.... That is one for the books, honestly.

My widest holiday was probably in The Gambia. It was hot, very hot!

same here never had a wild vacation .It has been blizzard conditon literally everything shut down I never saw highways shut down like this our winds are up to 50 mph. just pure nuts.
