Did you have a good weekend?
My new hummingbird feeders are hung outside the new living room. I am trying to actually use the room. Its hard for me because Cowboy and the dogs are messy. I really want at least one clean room in the house. One nice space.
Spring arrived. I am trying to NOT plant flowers just yet. Our average last freeze is early April. I will probably say to heck with it and plant the flowers anyway. If we get a truly cold front, I will put boxes over them to trap the earth's heat.
I spent a good half hour Sunday watching a frog float in one of my water lily pots. I am guessing he was waiting for a bug to fly by. I swear he spent part of his time watching me watch him. I think it was the highlight of my day. I connected with a frog

We don't have hummingbirds here, but I loved watching them whenever I visited my sister in Michigan
I assumed Japan had an equivalent kind of bird. I would feel bad however you have such gorgeous Cherry Blossoms

I hope your new living room stays nice and clean like you want. It's hard keeping it clean when you have pets sometimes.
I hope you get all your flowers planted soon and you have no more freezing weather. But like you said it's still early.
It's funny how things take place a frog watching you as you watch him, sounds like a nice time you had at the pond.

First yard work of the season this weekend. Saturday was kind of brutal - due to the heat. Sunday was kind of brutal - due to the cold. YUP, all normal around here! 😄

Kissing the frog crossed my mind. However, they always flee when I come close, hehehe.

Howdy Ma'am.
Saturday saw us with a beautiful sunny sky and temps in the mid-forties. We're a hearty bunch here; sneakers and shorts were popping up all over the place.
Sunday saw a storm roll in with four inches of snow and 12 °F keeping it frozen. Back to parkas and snow boots.😲😂
Holy moly!! More snow and tiny temps?!?! They are torturing you!! I am so sorry.
