Today was city errand day. I hate going to the city. It's hot, over 100o - daily heat advisories. The wind was blowing like crazy which tangles my hair and blinds me. School is out, so every mother with bored kids is driving around looking for entertainment or in the stores letting their kids run wild.
Short story - Not Pony happy weather. Too many stupid people.
We got the dinner rat. The stuff from Sams. Lunch. Birthday gift for the DIL.
I survived. Barely.
It was nice to come home to dinner simmering in the crockpot. Shredded Mexican beef.
The dogs were delighted we returned to feed them dinner.
The fish swished at me tonight and that was happy too.
City and errands - yuck.
Home - good.
Thank goodness sex is free of charge and not a crowded activity normally.

Was just trying to catch up on friend's posts. Read them only and not comment as comments would never let me get caught up. Sounded like you had one of you usual harried days. It was your last sentence that prompted this comment or should I say question. What sort of not normal sex have you experienced that made it a crowded activity? The thought of having crowded sex sounds intriguing.

My morning has sucked literally today as I woke up turned on my computer like I do every day and there was that dreads KMODE blue screen again. I haven't even had my computer back a week!! So now I have to buy a new one and Walmart doesn't sell the reasonably prices ones in the store so now I have to order it online ( which I don't ever shop online) and they don't even do the set up anymore either.
I hear you about the kids being out of school and the bored parents trying to figure out what to do with them. This is why I shop early in the am before they even get out of bed as I can't stand a busy store.
Your dinner sounded great, and I hope you enjoy a very happy hump day..

If only you could wait until the beginning of school when they will put computers on sale. I am so sorry T! Ask around. Maybe a friend has one you could borrow until fall and the price drop.

Errants are always a pain especially like u who has to drive a ways into the city..at least u had comfort food when u got home .. and next time in the wind it would be pony tail time which also works great when having sex..hugs
