Good morning, Happy Fun Friday everyone. I usually post some
funny stuff on Friday's but today there is something else that
needs to be said here. You know things in the world just seem
to be falling apart, prices are rising due to the tariffs,
and health care will be soon non existant. And public
housing may no longer be available for the people like the
veterans who need it. But the thing that really sticks out for
me is what is happening at the CDC. I know you all understand
what I am talking about here with the ignorant RFK Jr. in control.
So yesterday there were four top executives at the CDC who
resigned due to the idiotic things that RFK Jr. is trying to do.
So I am going to share some videos about what happened
yesterday which we all need to pay very close attention too.
This is so sad that this is happening because there are
so many people with health issues that need to be kept
up to date on what is going on in the health world.
Like Airborne Illnesses, Vaccinations, Covid,
Food issues, including Salmonella, Listeria, there are
so many things that can happen with our food and it's a
shame that RFK Jr. doesn't want the CDC to keep people
informed about what is going on regarding our health.
I haven't seen a week go by this year where there hasn't
been a recall on something in the food world.
This is Labor Day weekend so I hope you all enjoy a very

Thank you so much and I appreciate what you shared here as well as you were pretty much spot on. I am just sharing the truth as we all need to be kept aware to what is happening. As so many don't pay attention to the real truth.

Peope are so big right now on the Epstein files when they should be concerned about the CDC, and the NIH. We have gone from a global leader to the basement all do to a man that believes in conspiracy theories, and has a worm in his head. He makes clames about this and that stating studies. But what he does is to only take one or two sentences from the study. That man is so incompetent and doesn't even have an MD degree to back what he says up. When other top notch scientists have proven him wrong.
He says that the MMR causes Autism but that myth has been proven false I believe over 20 yrs ago. Jenny McCarthy use to believe it did. But she came to believe it didn't. This man is so incompetent it's not funny. He needs to be investigated and as Trump says brought up on Treason Charges and shot.
Tmp, you know me I could go on and on I have other things to worry about like my knee replacement this Tuesday. But you did a great job!!
I know you could go on and on my friend but thank you for sharing how you feel as your so right he is extremely INCOMPETENT and not be running any kind of agency or business.
He is responsible for many children's deaths over in Hawaii years back from the measles epidemic as he told them not to take the measles vaccines.
Vaccines has made this country one of the top healthiest countries in the world due to the scientific achievements the scientists have been able to manufacture for the world.
It's a shame that he is dismissing all the REAL SCIENTISTS and we need to get them back as they are the ones that truly keep us safe.

Has no one seen reports of drugs causing more problems than solving? CDC needs to do soul searching are they for public health or arm of drug companies. I think both sides need to look at science not talking points real science not one side or other but both CDC own stats showed vaccine harm greater to kids than virus.

I believe that vaccines work, they always have and always will. But what RFK Jr. is doing is just inconceivable as he is a vaccine denier. Look at the Measles pandemic that is going on here that hasn't happened in the states in decades and we almost had it irradicated.
I hear what your saying and yes they need to look at all the SCIENCE and make the right choices for all of us.

@tmptrzz Leaving out the Vaccine debate, the US spends the most money on health than any developed nation and has the worst outcomes than any developed nation, life expectancy decreasing and all other metrics that monitor health, US is at the bottom of the table. What is the CDC's mandate , if improving the health of the population , then it is failing, so maybe does need reform .
@Pandabear1968 - totally agree we need to look to legitimate science to inform any decisions on health care policies and recommendations. Unfortunately, RFK, Jr has zero interest in real science or scientific data to inform his very dangerous policies. With the need for valid scientific data in mind, can you point us to specific CDC data showing vaccines doing more harm than good in specific age groups? Better yet, can you offer citations for peer-reviewed research in reputable scientific journals showing such data? I'm not aware of such data but am familiar with the overwhelming amount of scientific research showing that vaccines do far more good, save millions of lives and with only minimal negative effects.
@taurean62dbn You make a great point there but not with RFK Jr. in charge there will only be more disasters to come.

@IAGuy47 Well said as we have had a long history of great scientists who have protected us from diseases and other harmful things. They need to rehire Susan Monarez as I am thankful that she stood up to the conspiracy theorist. And the other four that resigned we need to get them back too because they truly care about the science and the people.

I am sitting here in the UK which has I freely admit has problems of its own.
However we are looking in at America and cannot understand how Americans can watch Americans destroy their country.
We all know things needed sorting and need a strong government but you are heading for a dictatorship.
We aren't far behind as our regular parties won't stand up for the normal majority instead they are playing games of one upmanship to the media while the extremist wait in the wings to pick up the pieces.
The world is running out of resources and options for us all.
Dark times are ahead for all nations.
My country and yours I fear.

I am sorry Mr. Pete that you all are having issues and I am sure the price increases is due to the idiotic tariffs that he has placed on all the countries which is so unnecessary. And we are not seeing where the money is going that he says we are raking in. I don't believe that for one minute.
He wants to be a dictator, but I am praying to god that the Democrats regain their power next year in the midterm election. There are already many Democrats in the Congress and Senate that are winning their elections.

Tmp, Have an enjoyable holiday weekend, because the Clownfest idiots in power can't take that away from us. Hopefully the midterm elections will put some of them out of office and TRY to straighten out this desasterous situation we are in now. There is hope for a better tomarrow, it's just gotta get here, We will survive one way or another. Hopefully sooner than later, hang in there and don't give up.
Thank you hun for sharing such a hopeful thought. It's becoming more and more dangerous each day. I will probably loose my health care now because I won't be able to afford it. And I only have it to get my vaccinations to keep my hubby safe. I can no longer get the Covid shot and I get them so that he will stay as healthy as he can, I am so fortunate though that the VA takes care of all his vaccinations.
With what he is trying to do now with gerrymandering who knows what will happen. But I am praying that the Democrats will win in 2026. All we can do is pray and help out with what ever we can do to help.

People have a hard time believing this is because we have been told all of our lives that what is going on couldn't possibly happen in this country. We're too good of a country to let this happen here. We have become victims of our own propaganda.

It's shocking what's happening with America's public health system though unfortunately in keeping with what's happening in Trump's America. He's far worse than I feared when he got elected last year.
This is not the way America is supposed to be, and the FELON and all of his ridiculous people in his cabinet need to be impeached immediately. There is going to be so many more deaths because of RFK Jr.

Everyone knew what they were getting when they voted for the erratic Felon they should of known what was coming. I am so glad I voted for Kamala, it's a shame that she didn't win, but it was very close.
