reason hasn't been posting our blogs when we post them.
It has been taking forever to get them to show up here in
blog land.

ability to sit in very long meetings without needing a bathroom break .........great skill to have for long road trips.......Lol ...........hugs V

Learning to strip away abstraction in my work writing changed how I communicate everywhere else.
At work, it’s about clarity and impact.
In my personal life, it’s become a habit of speaking plainly — saying what I mean and keeping my communication direct and consistent.

@Tmptrzz My thoughts are with my best friend. She is at her husband’s bedside in the hospital. He is on oxygen and IV, with a DNR order.

Working as a nurse, I sometimes had less than cheerful news to share. It was intimidating at first. Then I learned to just say it. In my personal life, I can say the hard things, deliver the bad news. I have experience.

I believe patience and being able to take my time has helped me more over the years and of course easier communications especially with the ladies has helped me overcome most of my shyness.

I'm retired now but my old job required the ability to prioritize competing demands for my time, while at the same time not forgetting those less urgent, but still important, items. That's a skill that serves well regardless of anything else.
That's an excellent skill to have too as your right we must prioritize the most important things in our lives.
