According to both my doctor and myself,my BMI is well within my age,my height and weight. I have gained 15 pounds since in my 20's and have had a pot belly since my three kids were born.
I messaged him back again and told him also that the older one gets the less they become concerned about how others view them.As long as they are happy and secure in their own skin, nothing else matters..
With that being said and having some privacy at the moment, I took some new shots of my pot belly along with my legs as he seemed to think they were still in great shape for my age..lol
So ladies and gents are you secure in the skin you are in,pot belly or not?
If you do exercise or detox, make sure you do it for you and no one else's opinion of how they view you..

That's the right attitude. I exercise so I can keep doing the things I like for as long as possible. I've started combining other passions into my activities. I bring a camera along on walks. I notice more things now and end up walking more. Plus, I get more practice at photography and maybe I'll get better.
