So, if someone says, "I'm not interested." Do you bother to ask why? or just move on...
Why does it matter why someone's not interested, they just aren't into you...
Move on...
I'm not interested in bi-men... That's a done deal, why do I have to explain myself?
Just accept it and move on...

I just move on.
I used to try and find out why, but most of the time didn't get a response so now I just move on. Be respectful, don't waste time mine or theirs.
by someone saying, I"m not interested. that is the answer right there. nothing more needed.... it's how a person reacts to it that matters...
I agree. "I'm not interested" should be the end of the matter, but there are those who won't accept it, whether looking to be offended or genuinely curious.
most seem to get it. then some don't. that's when i just block...

"I'm not interested" is the kindest, gentlest and most genuine expression for the emotions of declining a good offer, and an offer on which the self-esteem of the inquirer is in jeopardy.
Learn to accept, "No." --- and silence ---
as the complete and simplest of replies.
Get over it and move on.
