And so it goes...
September is slipping through my fingers.
Time keeps moving, even when I want it to slow down.
Football arrives, hockey follows, and I always say it interrupts a woman’s sex life — though maybe it doesn’t, not really.
Labour Day weekend opened the month beautifully. Two meets that reminded me of what I’m looking for: a man who feels easy to be around, someone local, someone who fits into my life without complication. I’ve met men from out of town, but that takes effort — and intention.
I’m reminded, too, of how often men expect the evening to unfold a certain way. My boundaries are clear. My expectations are high. Meeting someone is something I choose carefully. And once in a rare while, someone arrives who truly wows me.
I wrote about kissing recently. Those memories still tug at me — soft lips, familiar warmth, the kind of kiss that stays with you.
September keeps moving, and I’m still searching for that elusive friend-with-benefits connection.
Somewhere out there, he’s making his way toward me..

And what a lucky fella that will be. You deserve so much fun and happiness.
Yes, the pre-winter mating season begins now. We instinctively look for someone to shelter with until the coming Spring arrives, six months from now. We want to be all snuggled in by the holiday in December. And be ready for the cold and lonely days and nights of the winter that must come.
If you are already in the game---and you report that you are---you have the momentum now. This will be a tense two months as we look to the coming Nov.3rd Day of Reckoning. No matter the outcome at that time, at least the fire will be turned down from an inferno to a tiny flame.
It can be a bonding enhancement, as we seek reassurance regarding our literal fates. Heating will be difficult this winter. Bedmates become more attractive if you get to stay warm all night together.
Put his Personal Hygiene at the top of the 'must-have' list. (in my humble opinion)

His mom was rather an expert on that activity, from
the other side. Her intensity may been exposing
of her own personal activities, but it worked.
Her water bill went up---nothing is free.
