Late this morning I was planning on reposting an old HNW picture from several years ago plus one from the same set of pictures but that was more revealing. I was not really happy about doing that so after I started the post I thought I would recheck if the web cam on my old laptop still had the app to add bubbles moving through the picture so I could take new ones. At first I thought not but then discovered that that feature doesn't work if the webcam is set to take pictures above 640x480 size. After correcting for that I finigaled my laptop to take such pictures, took my clothes off, grabbed my props and started taking pictures. (I still had clothes on as I had just gotten home from an overnight at Diane's place.) After taking some pictures I decided to change the background so shifted the camera and took a lot more pictures. I have had mixed feelings about which background I liked best as well as which hat. So, as usual here are several pictures that show a mix of each with various degrees and locations of coverage by bubbles.
This is one of the earlier images I took. I had hoped the bubbles in the goblet would show but even if they did not I liked the color contrast. I had switched to my old standby black leather hat. I may have lucked out in that there were not too many bubbles in this picture giving a less distracting look. As the bubbles did not rise fast enough I think I succeeded in positioning my goblet to provide the "sorta half dressed".
In some past HNW pictures I used these bookcases as a background. I thought they made for a more busy and distracting backdrop than the one in the first picture. As some of you felt they worked better I shifted the camera around and stood in from of them. This time I got a nice big pair of bubbles to hide some other roundish things very well.
One of the first few pictures I took. It took me a bit of time to judge how fast the bubbles rose vs the delayed shutter. I see that my effort to again use my goblet to hide my bits was only partially successful.
Misjudged the speed of the bubbles so again the coverage was less than perfect for complete discretion.
I did not get too many pictures of me in this hat. Seemed like any discreet one I got also had all or most of my face covered by bubbles. I like my expression in this one so decided to abandon being discreet. I am sure several of you followers will not mind.
As it seems I have tossed the idea of hiding my bits I figure I might as well include a shot of me in my favorite 3 season hat.
I am curious which background you find works best so would love to hear you opinion concerning which one and why. I am including a pair of pictures that give a rather different take on half-covered as well as one that is more conventional me in that area. Hope you all liked my offerings for this week's theme.
I was going to post a bit more about my past week. It has been mostly offering up a wild mix of raw, wet, cold and dreary weather mixed with a couple days fairly warm and sunny. Diane and I have managed to get together for some of the nicer days.

Glad to hear my subject matter excites you and found the bubbles enticing. I find them to be a lot of fun and love the way a bubble can cover bits of me while showing those bits inside the bubble image. (Like in the last picture I put in the comment. Totally covered by the bubbles but totally naked inside them.)

I had thought that effect was no longer available. Then I noticed that I had to reduce the image from 1280x720 to 640x 360 for the app to work. It is too bad one cannot use the app on the larger image.

I do put a lot of effort into trying to choose pictures to post. I find the winnowing down to be difficult. (Obviously!!)
I admit I enjoy taking and posting half naked, less than half naked and naked teasing pictures.
I think the bookcase background works best as there's more contrast. Happy HNW!
It certainly provides contrast. When used before some have said the nature of its busyness makes it easier to ignore.

Here are the three pictures I promised.
For some reason the first several pictures I took were heavily loaded with clumps of bubbles. I thought the way they provided such solid coverage of my bits and bob while conversely providing such teasing coverage of my smiling face was funny.
As my teaser shots in this post were giving rather skimpy exposure against the more open background; I thought I may as well give you a tease more in the opposite direction.
I am including this last picture because I kind of get a kick out of how it provides both full coverage of my face and naughty bits while also including complete exposure of both.
