This past month has been a bit of a bear between picking up an often exhausting cough from a chest cold, often temps in the upper 80s and many a day with an Air Quality Index over 150 which they describe as Unhealthy. It seems we have been getting a lot of Wildfire smoke drifting in from Canada. I seem to be rather sensitive to it and was more so with the chest cold. When it go high my cough got worse and I would often feel that someone unscrewed my big toes and all my energy ran out. Fortunately I think I am finally over the cold though the smoke in the air still can sap my energy. I stay inside more than I like and keep the windows shut.
One of the Own Things I have been doing is playing with some of the NSFW selfie pictures I have taken. I have discovered that I can get some very interesting effects by adjusting the color saturation, temp and tint along with adjusting the highlights, shadows and contrast. Back in early June I posted about a succulent that was sending up a long shoot with flower buds on it. I also posted a few pictures of it. About 10 days later the sprout or shoot was much bigger and several of the flowers had opened. Thought it would be good to post a picture of it and me so I moved it in front of a mirror where I could get all of it and most of me in the picture. If I had had more energy I might have posted these for HNW.
I thought any of the first three pictures could have been used HNW - DYOT but felt that posting all three of them better illustrated the Thing I have been having fun doing with some of my pictures.
This picture was the moderately cropped original. My body is more than half covered and the succulent is hiding what is most expected to be covered.
While the above pictures do cover more of what some consider the "essentials" I was not happy with my lack of a smile so I am posting the original picture, and its adjusted colored ones, that has me showing my best smile. Unfortunately, it seems that my best smiles usually are linked with my aim cropping off the top of my head and any coverage lower down being out of place.
I am not entirely sure how I got this color. It seems to me that the order in which I adjust the color tint, temp and even saturation and sometimes even the highlights makes a difference in the result.
Diane and I had not been able to see each other as often as we would have wished due to both of us having that chest cold aggravated by the air quality and heat. We did get together on Friday for brunch and a browse thru St Vinnie's. We would have rather done a car ramble and walk but between the heat and smoke in the air we decided to do something indoors. After Vinnie's we went back to Diane's where I gave her a good foot massage and then another full body oil massage before taking a short nap. Went out for pizza afterwards despite having to put clothes on. Sunday we met her Sister and partner by the lake for a picnic lunch. The forecast was for it to be a lot cooler, low 70s vs mid 80s with improved air quality. Fortunately, the forecast was accurate and we had a lovely time.
I have been playing with adjusting the color etc on many of my other pictures and discovered that I can get the most interesting effects from pictures I have taken of me with the sun casting colored shadows from the colored goblets sitting in my window or of parts of me reflected in those goblets. I have debated whether or not to post any of those pictures as in them I am wearing just the colored shadow of the goblets or a bit of darker shadow. I have decide to post what I consider to be pictures made interesting by the crop, the color manipulation etc. I hope you all find the effects interesting. This is certainly another part of me doing my own thing and perhaps what some may think is a kinky thing.
I would love to hear what you think the effect the manipulation of the pictures an hope you like them or at least find the effects interesting.

That is a cute succulent arrangement
Thank You! It was a challenge to get the succulents lined up properly.
Sending you big naked hugs.
I like the red and blue pics - for some reason I am finding the green a bit offputting! Maybe, like Pony, I'm seeing you as an alien haha.
I am glad you liked my red and blue pictures. I understand your thoughts about the green. I have always thought that green is a difficult color.
I have always felt that I was different and as I have gotten older have come to accept who I am and rather than thinking of myself as not normal (With that word's baggage implying flawed, wrong or undesirable.) I now think of myself as being atypical which I do not think carries definite connotations.
Sending you big naked hugs because you are such a delight to have gotten to know. BTW I do hope I did not imply I that I took offense over you comment about being alien. It made me smile.
I love the colored pics!! Typical me I see the reddish as hot, the blueish as cool and the green is alien. I am so goofy that way. And what fun to have a succulent cover up! The natural color is adorable. I am biased

I love seeing your penis but I get the half naked part too. I love how you have fun with the pics. You always make me smile
Hugs!!
Happy to hear you loved the colored pictures. How you see the different colored pictures is not goofy at all. I do think the green gives the strangest look. I can understand you finding the natural color the most appealing. I am very happy that you not only love seeing my naked penis but that you feel free and confident enough to say so.
I am having fun with altering the colors of the pictures and I am not sure why I truly enjoy taking pictures of me with my penis and balls hanging out for any to see. I have some pictures of just those bits clothed in colored shadows from my glass goblets in the window. Altering the colors was a lot of fun and I have debated whether to post a number of them as they mostly of my penis and balls.
I am glad I make you smile. You certainly make me smile and we humans need all need to have others in our lives that put smiles on our faces and in our souls.
Sending you big naked sensual hugs.
Cool pics, pretty succulent! I love playing with all the different effects on my phone camera. The air got me last Friday, too. I have asthma, well controlled, but I wanted to finish a project out in the yard. About 20 minutes before I was ready to come in the house, my chest started feeling very heavy. I finished quickly, went in, and immediately fell asleep. Felt better when I woke up. Weird.
Glad you liked the pictures. I took some on my phone and others with a camera. All of them were loaded into my computer and there is where I fooled around with them.
We have been having bad AQIs for the past two or three weeks for wildfire smoke. Really is bad for those with asthma and not so good for the rest of us. Breathing it really got me coughing a lot would leave me exhausted. It is not too bad so far today and hope it gets better. I want to get out by the lake an into my speedo.
Sending you big naked hugs and I do hope your asthma does not get too riled up. Take care of hourself.
I have played around with color, etc a little but have rarely kept any results. Yours are interesting. But I was particularly impressed with your first set and its excellent bush placement.
I have discovered that it is fun to play with colors and such on some of my pictures. Sometimes with proper cropping and color manipulation etc some of the pictures can take on a rather abstract look.
Glad you found the bush placement to be good. I tried hard to get it in a somewhat discreet position. It took quite a few shots to do so and I was not satisfied with my facial expression. As I mentioned, seems my best smiles always get paired with cropping issues and/or showing more than I was aiming for.
Sending you big naked hugs along with hopes that the air quality is not affecting you too badly. For me it seemed every time my chest cold and coughing eased up the air quality got bad and set me back.
You're definitely having fun with your camera.
I most certainly am and between it and the fun of playing with shifting colors and such it seems to be bringing out a bit more of a certain kink I had not realized I had. Not sure where the kink comes from but I suspect that the why of kinks is not something we can often explain well even to ourselves.
Have a great start to August.
I am almost embarrassed to admit I found the effect of the sun shining thru the colored glassware onto my bits interesting enough to experiment.I started taking pictures of them in different ways and then playing with the cropping, color shifting and other aspects. It took a while but I decided to include these just because I found them fun. The last one is the original with only a bit of darkening of the shadows for greater contrast.
Playing with this picture, the last one is the original, was fun and got me interested in just how much I could change the color and look. I admit I have not decided which one of the variations I like best but admit I find the color contrasts, red me against and green plant amid the blue goblet very satisfying. I would love to hear your thoughts.
