OFF TO THE DENTIST

Having my coffee, and a little anxious about a root canal this morning. I know....been there, done that, didn't hurt that bad at all, still nervous. I'll just white-knuckle it. Hopefully, it'll be 80's Rock Day at the dentist office. That helped tremendously last time. I'll get a temporary crown, then on Tuesday, I'll get a permanent one, plus I had already scheduled a cleaning for the same day. Fun times.

Ohhhh, I'll just keep this image in my head of an old friend that came over last night. Never really thought about it, but he's exactly 20 years younger than I am. Good guy, made me feel young again, even made my legs wobbly. Hubby was feeling generous - woo hoo!

What day is it again?? I'm getting used to this "Do whatever, whenever, schedule". Work starts 3 weeks from Monday.

I get anxious before cleanings. Dentists just scare me.

They used to scare me, but I actually like my dentist now. They've come so far over the years. I was in the chair less than an hour, ate a regular dinner last night. I get my crown on Tuesday. Happy weekend!

Thanks - the worst part was the needle for Novocain. I can sit through hours of tattoos, but hate needles in my mouth.

Confessions of a biker babe

This is my first blog, so here goes... My husband and I just got back from "HOGROCK", down in SO. IL. It's a 4-day biker/camping event, similar to the "BOOGIE", which is in So. IN.
