OH, HAPPY DAY!
Yes, I've been MIA here because work has been nuts! Or wait, it's my coworkers that are nuts!! As I've probably said before, I'm the oldest in my dept., and although everyone has multiple degrees, and speaks very intelligently, they have no common sense. I need to vent about one thing, and then I'll go on with positives vibes. (You can skip the next paragraph.)

I have meticulously taken care of the music library for our band director for the past 5 years. She doesn't put any music back when she's done with it, because she'll fuck it up. (ADHD, angry alcoholic) It all goes on my desk, and I happily file it. Wednesday afternoon after finals, the 2 of us cleaned up 1 corner of her classroom. In order to put things away, we needed to make space in the library room. I talked her into switching out a newer "desk on wheels that you stand next to" that was in the back of the library room for the older one that I put in the garbage. We had to transfer all sorts of things from one to the other. While doing this, she grabbed a stack of Jazz music, and started shoving it in whatever empty space she could find in MY organized library. I said, "What the HELL are you doing???" All she said was, "OOPS! I guess I shouldn't have done that in front of you." You're damn right!! More work for me...

Fast forward to yesterday. I left work early, grabbed 2 Peach Carbliss drinks, and headed to the beauty shop. Ahhhhh...relaxation. Slept great, called off today (no school til Jan.!!), "got some" from Hubby, and now I'm getting ready to make fudge.
