Fined AND Stranded 😑

Looks like I'm stranded for Christmas. Lemme...work my way back.

First up, I lost my passport. Yeah. Fuuuuuck me. That's stupid. But it happens. I don't know exactly where I lost it, but I might have a faint idea. I reported it and now will probably have to wait 3-5 weeks for a replacement. My flight out was supposed to be this Wednesday. That's clearly not happening.

Rene had his kids over for the weekend. They live in Thailand with his ex-wife and they kinda flew in to spend time with him. Of course I was heavily involved in their activities considering i was staying at his place. Incidentally, his daughter is 15 years old now and by gawd does she have an attitude. LOL. It was directed mainly towards him but i kinda caught a fair bit of it too. Sheesh. Anyway. One of the activities I ended up doing was scooting. As in on one of those electric scooters. I was out scooting with his son on Sunday morning while he spent some quality time with his daughter. His son and I ended up scooting through one of the many parks here and through to the city. What I didn't know was that they had passed some laws prohibiting the use of these electric scooters in pretty much every public space. We were scooting on a pavement going from the business district to the park when a traffic police officer on his motorbike, on the road running by the pavement we were on, pulled us over. Took me awhile to realize he was gesturing at me. He basically gave me a ticket. LOL As absurd as that sounds. The whole situation was a fuck up. He waved at me, I ignored him. He then switched on his police light, but no siren. Then honked his horn at me so i stopped. He then accused me of trying to run off, which of course i uh...."politely" disagreed. (There might have been a few "fucks" thrown into the polite disagreement ).

He then asked me to get my son to stop scooting around while we spoke. I then had to tell him that's clearly not my son, and ....it was a fucking mess. LOL. But anyhow, he informed me of the rule and now I've got to go pay a $100 fine. Like fucking seriously.

So that's that.

Due to his kids being in town, the only time alone was in the evening, and even that, we couldn't get anything in (literally. LOL ) at his place cos his kids were there so Rene borrowed one of his friend's car and we ended driving to the beach late Sunday night. It had been a tiring weekend but it was still salvageable, and I was hopeful. I mean, the beach at night is nice, weather was good, and public fun has always been something i get into. Very enthusiastically.

Incidentally, I think its here that I lost my bag. It had my passport and wallet in it. It must have fallen out of my...uh...bag. LOL. My passport and wallet were in a bag, inside my tote bag. Hey, don't judge now. . Anyways. We had a bottle of wine and a large picnic mat, found a quiet enough spot and not so discreetly fucked under the stars. It was one of those "quickie" sex where he just unzipped his pants and had his dick out and I was in a short enough skirt, but it was in public and there were a few people around, no one was close to us but those around kinda knew what we were up to. I guess all of that brings its own excitement

SO yeah. I guess the price for a little excitement is now being stuck here for awhile. . I only found out my bag's missing when I was trying to pack earlier today. What. A. Fuck up.

In other news, I caught up with Angeline (an old friend of mine who lives here. Have I blogged about her before? I must have..) earlier and she suggested I find the husband a side chick. LOL. Her theory, is that the husband was less cranky (I wouldn't use the term "cranky" but you get what i mean) when he had a side chick. His last girlfriend that i know of anyway, was Dianne and he was in a better mood then. I don't know if that's a fact but...I'm actually giving it a lot of serious thought. LOL. I think it's quite an impossible task considering he's in Germany and well...i'm fucking stuck here for now. But i dunno....needs a bit more consideration.
