A Nice, Slow Day

Hey hey hey! Guess who's back in Bali? It's nice to be back. Before i go on and start bitching about my own problems, and I will be bitching about my own shit, so please be warned, I really have to say I had a really nice day. LOL. I DID.

I was woken up by a phone call from the husband at 5am this morning. Clearly, time difference means fuck all to him. LOL . By the time the call ended, I was a little too awake to go back to bed, so I got up, realized I didn't have any coffee at home, showered, dressed for the gym, packed for the beach, and rode out. It was barely past 6am, the sky was still dark. It was a nice ride. I rode slowly, the air was fresh, hardly anyone on the roads. I got my workout in, and it was mostly half-arsed. The gym was already filling up and I was a little busy staring at one tall blonde guy and his scantily clad lady friend working out in one corner. They look like fitness professionals, like...not body builders, but...fuck. I can't remember what category they call themselves but they still prance around on stage flexing. That kind. . Staring at them actually inspired me to work out harder. Huh. Go figure. ANyhow

I left the gym shortly before 8am, found a place to get coffee, and rode out to the beach. I would have ridden to one of my personal hideaway spots on the beach but that was a bit far to ride to, and I kinda had to hit the supermarket on my way back. I got there, found a spot closer to the water, and changed into my bikini on the beach. I did the "throw a dress over, strip out of my workout clothes and into my bikini" thing. I mean, I'm not a barbarian . THat got me a few catcalls and whistles from 3 young local boys. LOL. Not gonna lie, that boosted my ego a little. I smiled and waved to acknowledge their attention but kinda waved them off when they came over to try and talk to me, so they left me alone after. Stayed there till about lunchtime just chilling, reading, and chilling, then did my supermarket run, lunch and got back. Like I said, I thought that was a damn nice day. LOL. Incidentally, I think Bali is about the best place in the world (for me, at least) to ride a motorbike in a dress with nothing on under, and get away with it. I think cos I'm averaging 40km/h to 50km/h mostly. The roads really don't allow you to go beyond that, and I'm perfectly fine with it. Wind blowing up your skirt with nothing under is...great! LOL

Anyways. Back to this. I wasn't scheduled be back until this weekend but moved my flight up and got in on Tuesday. The husband will be back next week so figured I could use a week of "me" time. Okay...not entirely true Had a huge argument with Rene last week and I really didn't want to hang around to deal with that so...i did the most responsible adult thing - I ran. LOL. I moved my flight up and took off. Lemme try and explain.

Last Tuesday, Rene and I drove up to KL from Singapore. He's been trying to convince me to help him out with his new business and thought it was a good idea to meet two of his clients based in KL to see if I was a good fit to manage those accounts. Fair enough. Had a full day of meetings on Wednesday and by the end of that day, I told him I wasn't gonna join. I think i could have helped, but really was more interested in a break. We were supposed to drive back on Thursday morning (It's a 3-4 hour drive) but uh...ended up driving in the opposite direction and did a road trip along the west coast of Malaysia, and got back only on the weekend. LOL. He kept saying it was a bad idea cos he needed to work. But uh...funny how he didn't really put up much of a fight when I insisted. I've always wanted to drive around and explore other parts of Malaysia but just never did. SO yeah, as of now, I can say that I have. Also, to be fair, I was riding his dick pretty hard when I insisted he take a few days off to do that with me. LOL. The joke/meme about winning an argument by stripping? Totally, 100% true.

By the time we got back to Singapore, his business parter was already fuming cos he had missed a few deadlines, and he was kinda stressed out by that, which, naturally, made him cranky as fuck. But hey, takes two to tango. . We fucked all along the Western coast of Malaysia. That was enjoyable. LOL.

Also, I think we kinda maxed out our time with each other. It's been slightly more than a month, we've been living together. Well...I was living at his place. It was supposed to be 2 weeks. Ended up being 6. 6 weeks is a looooong time, to be grating at each other's nerves and patience. . But! The sex is fan-fucking-tastic. Easily, the best fuck I can get, hands down. Sex with the husband is good too....but it's different. You know? Ok, not gonna start justifying why . Not going down THAT rabbit hole.

It's been two days since I've been back and uh..I'm quite embarrassed to admit I'm already missing that dick. LOL

Also, I'm gonna meet a friend for dinner this evening. I might be pushing my "having a good day" feeling a bit too much, but she reached out when I got back and so...I'm hoping I don't jinx it by saying it.
