The chemistry is so good that it is almost impossible to ignore.. so sometimes I break my professional boundaries and go with the flow

I have done it a number of times. The best was with with a client... let's just say that I won the project and things really ran flawlessly between our companies and to be honest, this relationship was the key. The sexual friction was there although imperceptible to our teams and we both took the leap and it turned out to be really awesome for as long as it did.

Yes I would for the right person...I once met a female coworker at the office on a weekend specifically to cross some boundaries together. We dressed like it was a regular workday and had the place all to ourselves. We made out in some coworkers offices first and then fucked in our mangers office...we even said it was chargeable time !!
