First, Halloween plans. I'm going to a concert on Saturday. One of my favorite local musicians, Jeremy Messersmith, did an iconic album called The Reluctant Graveyard. All of the songs on it have slightly spooky themes. For some of them, you'd have to listen pretty closely because on the surface they're very pretty pop songs. Anyway, Jeremy usually does some concerts close to Halloween where he plays all of the songs on the album. I can't wait.
"I don't want to spend my time waiting for lightning to strike" - I can so relate to that line.
More Halloween content - the perfect easy ghost costume! 😂 Credit goes to Queenie Von Curves, my favorite local burlesque performer who I have featured here before. As I've commented (and recently!) googley eyes make everything better.

Finally, HNW! @CleavageFan4U mentioned one of our past bloggers, Flirty, in his post today. Which brought back a memory of meeting her at a blogger get together in Chicago - ten years ago now. Flirty had brought this very racy dress - skin tight but stretchy, so basically one size fits all - and after a night of imbibing we decided it would be fun to take pictures of everyone in the dress. Even the men. 😂 I do recall one photo where the plaid boxer shorts were peeping out from the holes in the skirt. 😂
Mine was apropos because I'm wearing the BLACK dress over my PINK and ORANGE bra.

@CarriedBack Oh, was Walken on SNL this past weekend? I honestly almost never watch it on Saturday night. Sometimes I might check out a few skits on YouTube the next day, if I think of it.

I can be pedantic, but I do try to keep it in my head. Just know I am silently judging those who don’t know the difference between there, they’re, and their. To, two, and too. My inner critic is judging your parents and teachers too.
But when I mess up it’s a typo because phone, no one else. 😂😂😂

I actually will cut a lot of slack on "can" versus "may" and in fact probably sometimes make the error myself. But I thought the meme was funny. Like you I am VERY judgy about they're and their, to and too.

The concert was really fun. In addition to playing the songs from his graveyard album, he did a lot of covers with spooky/devil/hell themes.

I understand. It was a bit scary for me. I think there had been a previous one somewhere on the east coast, and then lots of insider references to things that happened there, in people's blogs afterwards. It was intimidating but I decided I needed to have a front row seat to the drama! 😂 (it turned out there wasn't much drama).

I agree with the reduction in content...but I keep wondering if there are hidden gems out there that I'm not finding. I almost always just stick to looking at the feed of people who I follow already.

Those dresses used to be popular when I went to the sex clubs. They were very flimsy and not inexpensive. My outfit of choice was often something fishnet, especially a full length bodysuit 😉.
