Ah, as the saying goes is to be careful around the black spider . Great pic ๐
They probably deal with that sort of thing all the time there. At least you weren't screaming the roof off ๐
Great song . Like the original more, spiders never bother me , think is a result of as a kid got stung by a bee, and had no reaction. lol..so now think i am immune
Hmmm...it's not so much that I'm worried about a bite...just the general creepy factor!
I vote NO to spiders and scorpions, hehehe.
We're proud members of the NO CREEPY CRAWLIES party!
I do love that song...it can be sung in so many variations. This is a good one for sure.
We had a spider in the house a couple of weeks ago (nothing new there considering where we live)...the girls described it as "the biggest spider they'd ever seen." This was accompanied by them literally jumping on the kitchen counter. I didn't see it before it scurried under the frig. I accused them of exaggerating...until it finally came out...THE absolute biggest...I had to apologize to them. It was a wolf spider that had a leg span of over 2 inches...but we got it...(shiver)...
Great pic...the buns look good!
Shudder I looked up a picture of a wolf spider, and better you than me. ๐ฌ Now I need to go look up their "range" to reassure myself that I'll never see one in Minnesota.
Nice pose. ๐ค๐
"I'm a bit curious but really don't want to look at it,"
... is something I've never had a woman say to me.
Probably just as well, if it was HIS cousin.
I can feel a certain appreciation for that creature seeing it in a video, but Iโm guessing a total freak out would be in store if I were to see one in person.
@smartasswoman
I freak out when I see those monster arachnids. I'm grateful our weather freezes any mothers who think they can survive here.
How did our ancient brethren in the jungles do it?
I might have perished. ๐ฒ๐
@Paulxx001 a definite advantage to living in the frozen north!
@smartasswoman
Did I mention that I'm watching Fargo, the series, again? Every time I hear them speak, it reminds me of someone. And how put off they were when I teased her. ๐ฒ๐ค๐
Seriously... anyway, fun show.
Frozen?
It's hard to believe it'll be like that: it was in the seventies here today.
Great song and a great shot of you. Mesh/fishnet always gets me!
Happy HNW.
Note to self - buy more mesh garments.
P.S. Don't forget to vote!
I mailed mine in last week.
We can split parking โ indoors and out. I'm easy, and my car can hack it: you can have yours indoors for winter. You can have a bedroom for yourself. Or periodically share the king in mine. The kitchen, dining room and living room are ours. That space upstairs is mostly my office... but we can compromise... to an extent.
And it leads to the deck, which is fabulous if you love looking at stars.
@Paulxx001 I do appreciate the offer. Donโt think that Canada hasnโt occurred to me if there is an adverse outcome in November. I donโt think they want US immigrants though unless they have high demand skills.
@smartasswoman
Currently, there is a high demand โ in Canada โ for bloggers from sex sites with knitting skills. I'd obviously, put in a good word and mention to our Mounties that you used to bike.
Of course... you'd have to do something with HWD. ๐ถ
Mention me as your sponsor... when they call. ๐
@Paulxx001 by any chance is there also a high demand for people with a masterโs degree in puppetry? ๐ค๐
@smartasswoman
Any candidate skilled with their hands is always worthy of holding a Canadian passport. And other things. ๐ค
You could write your book. I'd help edit.๐
Have to watch out for spiders and snakes
Argh, if it had been a snake I might have had to go home early, haha!!
Great song, and perfect outfit and shot to accompany it. Happy HNW.
Before we were married the future Mrs. C once asked me to drive the 15 minutes over to her place to kill a spider in the guest bathroom sink. It was still there when I arrived. It must have been dead!
Perhaps...I do think they often have trouble getting out of a sink or a tub, once they're in there.
