First, random youtube video. This came up as the "follow on" video after I popped in to look for something else. My fave yoga teacher played it one day during the final relaxation and I loved it so much that I went up to him afterward and asked what it was, and then saved it on youtube. So if you want a little zen moment, here you go:

I will get back to my NYC adventures soon, but I've been pondering how I can possibly write about the second opera I saw - Salome - which was pretty much one gigantic banned topic. If you know your bible stories...

I guess it says a lot about me that I had no clue and had to search who was Salome and what this play was about.
