Incredible
A great video of some great sights. I'd love to watch whales.
I wasn’t real enthused at first because nothing was happening the first 30-45 minutes. Then Capri started surfacing repeatedly and it was really fun to see where she would pop up next.
It looks just gorgeous!!! Love the video compilation!
Thanks! It’s gorgeous in some spots , eerie in others (like the geothermal areas).
Love that washing machine 😂
Iceland is indeed a beautiful country!
I have to keep reminding myself that it’s dark for about three months straight in the winter. Aside from that, relocation almost seems tempting if things really go to hell in a hand basket here in the US.

There's always Japan 😂
What stark beauty. I can see why Jules Verne used Iceland as the entry to the center of the earth.
It makes sense because the earth literally opens up to the core here. 😬
Wow. What a fabulous set of pics & vids.
That was vivid. 😂
And the designer of that church probably hoped everyone would use that back parking lot.
The church is definitely up a big hill whether you take the steps or go up the sidewalk on the adjoining road. But then, according to our trip leader, Icelanders only go to church at Christmas (or weddings or funerals).

Trúleysingjar verða alltaf beðnir um að borga. 🤔
The bureaucrat that went after the stop lights must be related to the one going after the colorful crosswalks in Florida. It's a safety thing, and surely pure coincidence that the first one repainted was by the Pulse nightclub site.
I'm guessing you'll have your fill of waterfalls by the time this trip is over. I sure did on the Alaska cruise.
They have colorful streets here too !
By the second day I knew it was going to be similar to my New Zealand trip, where we started to get almost blasé about waterfalls.
