We had a Daytimers party last Friday. I got a ride there with my two fellow moderators. Also in the car was E's new boyfriend, J. They were talking about his breakfast. E is an excellent cook and apparently J had been gaining weight from consuming her cooking. He asked her for help and she was evilly delighted to assist.
Her idea to get him healthier was to mix up a "nutriloaf". Apparently this stuff is served in some prisons and has the effect of subduing the prisoners. Perhaps making them even lose the will to live, lol.
She researched recipes on the web and came up with a mixture of:
Lentils
Canned beets (J hates beets with a passion)
Canned spinach
Tomato paste
Eggs (as binder)
Grated carrot
Finally, quite randomly, some raisins 🤣
Absolutely NO salt, spices, or flavoring of any kind.
She did bake it, at least. Here's a picture she posted later:
J had had it for breakfast that morning, on his hands and knees on the floor. Apparently he is SO submissive that being forced to eat slop loaf on his hands and knees made him hard. 🤔
He was also served it for lunch at the party.
