It's now the turn of cold finger foods following the last poll on hot finger foods. There are a few finger foods, such as bruschetta/crostini, quiches, sausage rolls and sausages, which can be served up as hot or cold finger foods. In these cases, such finger foods are included in both polls.
For this poll on cold finger foods, like for the poll on hot finger foods, I'm excluding sweet finger foods. I'm also excluding foods like coleslaw, potato salad and salad which are often dished up in cold buffets but they all need a fork to eat unless messy fingers and faces are wanted!
My favourite cold finger foods are breads, cheeses, falafel (a Middle Eastern food), Melba toast, pâtés, quiches, sandwiches (any sandwich with cheese in), Scotch eggs, sesame toast and tomatoes (particularly cherry tomatoes), with olives (especially stuffed olives) being my most favourite cold finger food. The best stuffed olives I've ever eaten were when I spent time in the south of France. Stuffed olives served here just don't match up to stuffed olives served up in Mediterranean countries like France, Greece, Morocco, Spain and Turkey.

My least favourite cold finger foods are chicken drumsticks, cockles, pork pies, rollmops and sushi, with celery sticks being my least favourite cold finger food. In my book, there's no point to celery, both nutritionally and taste-wise!

My go-to cold finger foods when hosting include breads, breadsticks, carrot sticks, cheeses, cherry tomatoes, chicken drumsticks, crisps, olives, pâtés, peanuts, pickled onions, pork pies, quiches, sandwiches, sausage rolls and Scotch eggs.

Unfortunately there was no room in the poll for: angels on horseback (bacon-wrapped oysters), banderillas (a Spanish cold tapas dish), bruschetta/crostini, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cheese and pineapple hedgehogs, clams, cockles, devils on horseback (bacon-wrapped dates or prunes), falafel, lettuce wraps/boats, Melba toast, pickled onions, prawn crackers (aka har beng), rice cakes/crackers, roast turkey slices, rollmops (pickled herring fillets), sesame toast, smoked salmon (including gravlax) and sushi.
I think chicken drumsticks will just win the poll, but boiled eggs, breads, cheeses, salted snacks and sandwiches may run them close.
I want to thank @EnigmaInitiative for her advice in compiling this poll. Like for my last poll on hot finger foods, I did no systematic research on popular cold finger foods around the world. What can go wrong? 'Other' could win, that's what can go wrong!

Picking just one, and from the limited list, is excruciating. And what about assorted fruits and vegetables? Or summer rolls? Or onigiri, musubi, and the like?
The poll was only looking at savoury cold finger foods. Carrots, celery and tomatoes were mentioned in the post, though only tomatoes featured in the poll.
I've not come across musubi and onigiri, presumably they're Japanese foods.
@spunkycumfun Yes, they most certainly are.
Onigiri are balls of rice with goodies (pickled plum or vegetables, or steamed salmon or some other savory item) in the center. The rice balls are formed into triangles and wraped in a crisp sheet of seaweed.
Musubi typically has a rectangular pad of rice topped with a rectangular slab of grilled SPAM, ham, scrambled egg, or some kind of fried/grilled protein, then given a belt/strip of toasted seaweed to tie the layers together.
Summer rolls are Vietnamese food similar to spring rolls containing strips of some kind of tasty protein (shrimp, grilled pork, sausage, etc.) and assorted veggies (lettuce, mint, etc.) wrapped in moistened rice sheets. You can dip them in sauce or eat them plain.
@CuriousHer Onigiri sounds good. I'm not so sure about Musubi as I'm not a fan of Spam.

@mufdiver69er2 Nine hours is ridiculous. I suspect Tier 1 are playing a canny game with the site. It all depends on their contract and how they're paid - number of posts reviewed (short ones are therefore best)? number of posts denied (hence the arbitrary denials)? etc. Or maybe it's downright incompetence or linguistic shortcomings?

I get there are limitations, but hard boiled eggs and pretzels in the same poll? I mean I like both, but hardly see them as comparable.
