Bosenberry.... I grew up near Knott's Berry Farm.
I've never had boysenberry jam. I don't it's common here in Britain. Thanks for stopping by.
@spunkycumfun It's not common at all, but very tasteful! The Knott's Family in Buena Park, CA USA created it and it's been very exclusive since it was created. There little stand selling berries turned into an amusement park! I worked there as a kid... a wonderful time! Thanks for the post!
@O_I_8_U_69 And thank you for reading and commenting on my post.
Boysenberry!
Hands down my favorite anyway. Blackberry and Raspberry combo.
Unfortunately we don't get boysenberry jam here in Britain. Thanks for stopping by.

I love orange marmalade! I want my jam strongly flavored and not just sweet, chunky and satisfying
I like my orange marmalade to be coarse-cut.
I chose other because I am not a jam fan, although I do like the Jam. I imagine I tried grape when I was very young and found it not to my liking.
The Jam beats all jams!
I picked Cherry Jam, and no, I've never made any jams or jellies.
A lot of people like cherry jam!
I can't find it all that much in Japan, but my fav is cherry jam. But I like raspberry and apricot. I can find those in the supermarket.
When I went to a fruit stand in Florida once and they had jams with funny names. The fruit stand had great key lime milkshakes.
Traffic jam sounds interesting. Cherry jam, strangely, isn't that popular here. It's mainly strawberry jam, raspberry jam and orange marmalade leading the way.
Have you tried yuzu marmalade, a Japanese concoction?
@spunkycumfun
The yuzu marmalade is actually a Korean concoction, mainly mixed in hot water to make tea that's good for sore throats.
@JN63JPN It seems Wikipedia was wrong, and not for the first time!
Was a bit of a tough choice but I went with BlackBerry. Black raspberry is hands down awesome and another taste treat is Elderberry. Have to confess, I do have a sweet tooth that I’m forced to rein in nowadays. But getting to have little tastes is better than having none.
Blackberries are a great fruit. I have many fond memories of picking blackberries in my childhood.
Voted strawberries. Yes have made jams. Use to have nice orchard. Have made : fig, strawberry, peach and my favorite strawberry peach.
You are the jam maker!
Least favorite Australian vegimite. Have enjoyed cactus
The video was a pleasant surprise.
One of my favorite bands from that era.
I was sad when The Jam split but Paul Weller had better things to do. I didn't like his next venture, The Style Council, but I love his subsequent solo career (especially his Wild Wood album).
@citizen4722 I'm guessing there are a lot of soul covers on his new album.
I did vote but the one I really enjoy isn't here and that is Pineapple/Apricot Jam it's so good and blackberry is another one that is so good too.
This is another great battle my friend. I sure hope your enjoying your weekend too..
I had to exclude combination jams as there were just too many combinations. Sorry.
I love strawberry jam but equally love pineapple marmalade or preserves which didn't made the cut....shame.
Unfortunately I'm allowed 20 poll option so many jams and marmalades couldn't be included in the poll.
What are your most and least favourite jams? - Grape is my fav. Orange is surprisingly my least as I do like oranges.
Do you make jam or have you ever made jam? If so, what jams do or did you make? - Nope never made any, but am now wondering is all these tomatoes I now have could be made into jelly, and how it would taste.
Grape jam isn't that common here even though we grow grapes but rightly they're all used to make wine!
@spunkycumfun Hummm, tomato wine?
@CleavageFan4U English wine is starting to win lots of prizes, all thanks to climate change.
Apricot
I love apricot jam too. In fact I love all things apricot.
I voted for Orange Marmalade though it made it into my first place by a hair. I cannot say I have a consistent most favorite jam or jelly. It tends to vary with my mood. Strawberry and Grape are the two that are always served in restaurants here. Neither are on my list of preferred with strawberry lowest.
I do love a seedless blackberry jelly and have to say it provides some great memories. One of my lovers rather enjoyed me dropping some on her nipples or clit and licking it off. The flavor was great from either place, especially if she had a bit of a sweat. Mmm, the tang of salt and pussy really enhanced the flavor of the jelly.
We tend to use jam and jelly interchangeably but I understand jellies to be clear and jams to include bits of pulp or seeds.
I remember my mother making jams and jellies when I was a kid. One I did not like was gooseberry jam. I loved elderberry jam.
A good pick for a "Battle Of" post. Have a great August.
Grape jam, for some reason, isn't that popular here. But marmalade is very popular here especially at breakfast time.
@spunkycumfun I do love orange marmalade. Never had lemon or lime though. Actually, I do not think I have seen it at the grocery store.
I suspect grape became popular here because there were a lot of native wild grapes available to our ancestors.
@justskin1 Lime marmalade is quite popular here amongst the marmalade connoisseurs.
I voted Cherry jam, although I haven't seen it in years. We normally get Strawberry, Blueberry, or Raspberry; however, I really enjoyed Cherry. Maybe absence does make the heart grow fonder?
I love cherry jam though it's not widely sold here in Britain, or at least in my local supermarket!
@spunkycumfun We've moved around a lot and it doesn't seem to be sold in this area, too. I look for it now and then, but no luck.
@RUmytranny It seems strange cherry jam isn't more widely sold as cherries are delicious.
