I haven’t had to work for ten years now, but Sunday afternoons still feel… well, like Sunday afternoons
Nowadays I actually prefer Monday mornings over Sunday afternoons 
I remember Sundays when everything was shut bar for the churches!
I sometimes get fuzzy on what day it is, and these 4-day holiday weekends REALLY mess with that. I saw a "Retired Persons - Day of the Week" clock the other day! 😂
Days of the week do get fuzzy when retired though I still know when it's a Sunday.
I worked 2 days last week. It was wonderful.

There are a lot of benefits when retired from work.
I need to start making a list of things to do to add a little structure while in retirement to keep from just drifting along.
That's one thing I gave up doing on retirement - lists! Though giving me a superficial feeling of being in control of things, they just made me feel guilty as the lists just got longer by the day!

It's funny how Sunday still feels like "tomorrow it's back to the grind". Well, today I actually did have a 7:30 am Zoom meeting. Brutal!
